New Weighbridge Installation for Kalbarri Mine Site

An exciting new unmanned and automated weighbridge project was successfully completed this month for a prolific mine site in Kalbarri, WA.

NWI proposed that the best solution for the site was our Titan Weighbridge construction. The weighbridge is operated by a Bilanciai DD2050 Weighing Terminal, connected to our FlexPoint WinWeigh Mine & Quarry Software package. This allows the weighbridge to provide group axle weighs along with a total gross weight, all while completing the operation in an unattended configuration.

This project was one of the most remote weighbridge installations that NWI Group has completed, being seven hours drive from Perth. Jason Lai, our Perth based NWI Sales and Service Technician and Gareth Finch our Project Manager travelled to Kalbarri to oversee the installation of the weighbridge.
