What is the Australasian Waste & Recycling Expo?
The Australasian Waste & Recycling Expo (AWRE) occurs each year, with a focus on waste management and recycling. In the modern world, a huge focus of the event is on technology, which is precisely what we’re interested in here at NWI Group. The event calendar is packed with seminars, training opportunities, keynote speakers and innovation highlights.
NWI Group was a proud attendee at the 2022 event, showcasing, amongst other things, our iWM commercial building waste management system.
NWI Group at the AWRE
NWI Group appeared at the Australasian Waste & Recycling Expo for 2022, having been given the opportunity to share our products and ideas for the future. We were set up primarily to showcase our focus product, the Industrial Waste Management System (iWM), which is targeted toward commercial buildings and apartment buildings.
Day 1 was particularly busy, with a great number of guests in attendance. For our team personally, it was terrific to see so many people take an interest in the iWM, which is an innovative waste management system for commercial buildings. The ease of system use, plus the overhead camera for monitoring contaminated waste were both key components that people were impressed by.
While the iWM was our focus product for the event, we also had a number of people wanting to discuss weighbridges and other waste auditing solutions. What’s particularly impressive from our point of view is the overall interest in a cleaner, greener future. Waste management solutions play a huge role in that, so it was wonderful to see so many dedicated professionals all in one place.
How does the Industrial Waste Management System (iWM) benefit commercial buildings?
