- 15 New Weighbridge Installations: This year, we successfully completed 15 new weighbridge projects across Australia, allowing more industries to achieve greater operational control and compliance.
- Launch of ‘NWI Dimensioning’: In 2024, we expanded our offerings with the launch of our new product division, NWI Dimensioning. Along with this, welcome two new partners – global leaders in dimensioning equipment, ‘FreightSnap’ and ‘SICK,’ broadening our capabilities to serve the Australian logistics industry even better.
- Engagement at Key Industry Trade Shows: From Sydney Build, to the Australian Waste and Recycling Expo and All-Energy Australia with HIOKI, we participated in three major trade shows. These events gave us the opportunity to connect with inspiring industry leaders, build our network, and showcase our innovative solutions.
- Growth in Customer-Facing Teams: This year, we expanded our customer-facing teams, increasing our exposure in the market and improving our ability to introduce new products and services.

- NATA Accreditation Growth:
NWI has experienced remarkable growth in our NATA-accredited services, solidifying our position as an industry leader in calibration solutions. - Temperature Metrology Success:
Since adding temperature calibration to our scope in 2018, it has become our fastest-growing and most profitable division. This success is the result of significant investment in resources and capital, enabling us to meet and exceed market demand. - Comprehensive Accreditation Scope:
With one of the largest and most diverse scopes of accreditations in the country, NWI is uniquely positioned to provide calibration solutions across virtually every industry. Our scope of capability underpins our status as a market leader. - Extensive Calibration Services:
Our accredited scope includes expertise in physical metrology (weighing and mass), pressure, temperature, electrical, and biomedical fields, including POCT, volume, and centrifuge calibration. - Team Expansion:
In the past three years, our service departments have grown significantly, with team sizes increasing by 20–30% nationwide, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.
